My school has a very special population; our general education students work alongside another class of special-needs students. This special dynamic gives our student's an empathy and perspective not often found in adolescents. All of our students strive to create music with both the voice and with instruments, regardless of their abilities or limitations. A positive culture of participation and excitement for music is alive here and causing our program to constantly grow and re-invent itself for the student's growing needs. Our biggest challenge is keeping up with the students hunger for more music!
