As materials are often scarce, having a projector helps to share with the entire class without printing and making copies. It also brings us together as a learning community and allows us to use images and videos and have useful guided discussions about the day's lesson.
A projector adds life to the class by allowing the sharing of teacher example, student work, images, video and so much more. It enables us to make the world as our classroom. It also focuses the instruction portion of the class as well as the demonstration and practice so that students all have access to models of good work and great work that they can use to assess their own performance.
