Many of my students have disadvantaged backgrounds and have never been taught basic cooking skills. By teaching them how to cook, how to bake, and how to live a healthy life, I'll be increasing the quality of their lives for their whole future! Hopefully some will also find a rewarding career path in culinary arts.
