My students are smart, talented and have so much potential. They lack hope, self-esteem and positive role models outside of school. My students can have behavior problems, inability to resolve conflict a positive manner and terrible relationships skills. Our School has an excess of students who only come to school to eat and socialize and have no intention to engage in any scholastic activities. This disrupts my students daily and causes a negative learning environment that teachers have to fight to restore constantly.
