My students need to learn about Financial Literacy. To create enthusiasm for the subject while teaching money management skills, I plan to use board games. My students love to have fun, but don't really enjoy sitting in a classroom. To help them learn, and help them learn the concepts of normally dry and boring finance classes, I will have them play Life, Monopoly, Pay Day, and other finance-based games.
With groups of up to thirty-five kids at a time, it is important for me to have enough games for them to all be able to play at once, and rotate between different games. These games will also teach valuable social skills in the classroom.
