My school is a targeted Title 1 public school. We are surrounded by charter schools that are greatly affecting the make up of our school. We are located in an area of town that has a variety of ethnic and socioeconomic groups. Many of our students have struggles at home that affect their daily life and attitude. My job is to be understanding of all of that and prepare them to move on to Jr. High. These are great kids that need every bit of support they can get.

About my class
