I have 5 advanced students, 7 proficient students, 3 basic students, and 3 below basic students. I have a mixed classroom of race in a city public school. My students work hard and they want to achieve. This will give students more opportunity to guide and enhance their own learning. My students love working by themselves it gives them a sense of ownership and responsibility to the education. Our school is trying to convert to small group learning and this will give them more opportunities to work in groups and independently.
