Through the COVID-19 pandemic it has been observed that many of my students are struggling with hands on learning and social development. This project would be used almost daily for my special education students to learn and grow! Through sensory play and instruction ALL students no matter their ability or disability can be given opportunities to explore through science experiments, hands on learning, turn taking opportunities and more! Sensory play is crucial in cognitive development. With this tool in our classroom we would be able to provide more opportunities for these students to catch up on what was missed this last few years because of the COVID-19 pandemic.

About my class
