The school I work for is a special needs school; all students have some kind of physical or educational disability. Our school has over three hundred students in seven different locations. The location I work at is housed in a general education high school which has over three thousand students. With that many students in one school, I do not have access to the gymnasium or any open space for my students. I have thirty-one students that I teach adapted physical education to, and it's all done in the classroom. Before we start, desks and chairs need to be moved and safety is an issue. However, the students love to participate in A.P.E. and will do anything to help the staff and I make an appropriate space for their activities.
