I work with 20 students who are thirsty for knowledge. They are ready to engage, socialize, interact, and connect with each other and on a much larger scale the WIDE WORLD around them! They are eager to socialize, connect and also engage in learning! They all come to be with different levels of experience, but they all need to be presented with opportunities to learn and engage in the technology of today.
We are a Title 1 school and many of these students don't have technology available to them in their homes. If I have technology in my classroom, this will truly be a major step to preparing them down the line for their future careers, I can use the ipads as a means to provide opportunities for differentiation, collaboration with peers, engagement and many other possibilities.
