I have students ranging from ages three to eighteen. My students range in their severity levels and disabilities. My school is a small, rural community with several students living in poverty. While funds within the school district are limited, the teachers and specialists at my school are committed to serving our students to the best of their abilities. There are a number of students on my caseload who do not have access or funds to receive additional speech therapy services outside the school setting. I would like to do everything that I can to provide resources and materials for my students, so that they can improve their speech and language skills. This will have a positive influence on my students future development.
