I work in an urban school which is also the most diverse school in the state. My school is also the only Sheltered English Immersion school in the district, which means most of our very diverse population has English as a second language. Differentiated instruction is essential in helping my students learn. The average classroom size is 25-30, and the needs of my students are very great. Having technology in the classroom will help me expand my curriculum to help the varying needs of my students.
