We will teach the primary grade students the basics of working with clay. They will engage in the entire process from start to finish. They will experience pounding, rolling, and pinching. Students will get to experience hand building a sculpture of their own.
The children will have a full-on messy, multi sensory clay experience. They will see their creations go from moist clay to hard bisque. Once the work has been fired in the kiln the kindergarten, first and second grade children will paint their works of art with beautiful colors.
