Leadership skills are essential to success. That is why I am developing the Knight-2-Knight Student Ambassador Program at my school (Knights are our mascot). This program will target fourth and fifth graders who demonstrate leadership qualities. Through the The Leader In Me Activity Guide and the Apple iPad Mini MD528LL/A, students will further develop their leadership skills. In addition, these students will serve as change agents at our school by helping younger students develop their own social/emotional skills through classroom visits focused on reading aloud leadership-themes picture books, such as Enemy Pie, My Mouth Is a Volcano, and Spaghetti in a Hot Dog Bun: Having the Courage To Be Who You Are!
