The materials requested will allow my first graders to explore in and out of my classroom. During this unprecedented COVID-19 event, students are inside their homes or confined to their yards. These activities will allow students to fulfill their explorative nature and continue to learn. First graders are tactile and kinesthetic learners so the items selected are able to be manipulated throughout the process while still allowing them to have fun and learn. Once school is back in session, the items will be used in centers, small groups, and during whole group lessons.

About my class
