My school is especially high need. Out of almost 300 students who attend the school, 94 percent of children receive free or reduced-price lunch and breakfast, as their families would be unable to provide them for their children otherwise. My students live in a community struck by poverty and violence.
Your donation will allow my students to see that someone else believes in a bright outcome for them, and is willing to provide them some of the tools they need to achieve.
My students are capable of outstanding feats and are motivated to put in hard work in the classroom every day. Having the necessary supplies will allow students to continue to push along a better trajectory in school and for years to come.
