My classroom is full of 27 high energy, ready-to-learn five and six year old children. We are lucky enough to be in a brand-new school building this year thanks to a bond passed by our wonderful community. Although we have a beautiful new school, there is a significant population of students who are at-risk. The teachers at our school do our best to build meaningful relationships with each student, no matter what their socioeconomic status is. We hope they feel comfortable and safe while they are at school. You can tell what a great school this is by the many smiles you see as you walk down the halls and into classrooms.
