Some of our students may not have a new blanket to provide warmth and comfort, so I, along with your help, would like to provide that for them. With our low socioeconomic status, some of our students need their basic needs filled in order to be able to share with their teachers or even learn.
By providing a fleece throw blanket for my students to wrap up, have comfort, be warm, they can have comfort while they read a book.
The students will enjoy wrapping up at school, then take their blanket home over winter break to know they are cared for and have warmth and comfort at home as well as at school.
