I have the good fortune of teaching kindergarten through fourth grade P.E. in a growing, rural community east of Dallas. We are a Title I school, which means that many of our students come from low socioeconomic homes. Like many students in these situations, our students often do not have access to the healthiest foods or fitness activities.
