My students are from a high poverty, high risk neighborhood. Many students do not have the ideal home life which is why our school is so good for them. We try our best to meet the students' adademic, social, and emotional needs. I teach in a first grade classroom where I currently am teaching language arts. Next school year, my students inclusion students and I will be spending the whole day together learning every subject. Our classroom is in need of many math and reading supplies to help support their learning.
