I have been a specially deaigned PE teacher and a Regular Ed PE teacher for 14 years. It has been amazing to see how much fun kids can have when theyre able to let loose and have fun learning. I believe PE is a wonderful outlet for kids to relieve stress and anxiety. And it gives them the strength and team building skills to help them throughout their day and life.
