In an effort to increase productivity, we moved over to flexible seating solutions. Some of these changes include tables of various heights, alternatives to traditional desks or chairs, and students choosing what is the most effective and productive place for them in the classroom. As a result, backpacks have now ended up on the floor and against the walls; overall, they are in the way. This is counterproductive to the learning environment we are creating in our room.
Having materials ready for students to access, while not being in the way, is crucial to student success in the classroom. This storage cart would help to organize our things in a more safe and effective way.
