I have a lot of great students. All of which have very fun personalities and their own talents. These students have also needed to grow up much quicker than I had to while growing up. My students to be frank often come from very poor backgrounds. These students are coming in and out apartments and have single parent homes. Some of which come from really crumby situations where abuse is present. However, these students catch on fire like any other kid in the world when it comes to a good book. Getting them to catch on fire is easier thought of then done though, and getting them on fire is the challenge I face often.
