My students are in need of learning personal boundaries. This rug will give them ownership of their personal learning area.
As a four year old, it is difficult to understand where your body ends and another person begins. This rug will help them to understand this concept by giving them a visual boundary.
This rug can also be used as a tool to teach letters, letter sounds and colors. We can use our whole bodies to learn with the rug. We can get up, move around and create different learning games using the rug. For example, we can race, hop to, or jump on particular letters, sounds or colors.
