These materials will go to the 740 students of our school in Hawthorne, CA. The equipment will be used during organized recess activities, class PE and for the school's 4th/5th grade basketball team. We have so many students who love basketball that this equipment will really help our school and we are trying to win back the elementary school basketball league championship trophy for our school. These basketball related materials will be a hit on our campus by building confidence, improving skills, learning the game and understanding the importance of sportsmanship. Lessons learned through sports translate to skills needed off the court.

About my class
