My school is a school wide Title 1 school. My classroom is very diverse with special needs and ESL students who parents struggle to provide extra support at home. Many of my children miss the opportunity to read to an adult or have an opportunity for an adult to read to them. With the iPad, they can listen to authentic literature being read, explore many different educational programs, and learn to be digitally confident.
