These materials will help my students with the essencials to participate in rugby. Our students have no equipment in the field to prevent common sport injuries. Rugby will ecourage physical activity, ability to perform under pressure and learn to manage their emotional intelligence. Participating in activities that allowed them to use penned up energy and enables them to better focus during learning times.
My students need goal post pads, bottles, bottle carriers, rugby balls and captain's arm bands in order to have the equipment needed to be successful. Students who are active in sports have a better chance in getting future academic opportunities through aquisition of scholarship opportunities.
In addition, being part of a team helps them build leadership skills that can be a benefit in future endeavors. Healthy and positive team sports help to keep the students engaged and on track.
