Having Ipads will allow for different structures of learning in my classroom. One way that Ipads will help is during differentiated groups, where students will have the opportunity to use Ipads to read stories on their level using the myON app. Another way that Ipads will be used is for sight word practice and math fact practice. I will download apps for various reading and math practice skills, which would allow me to have activities for both my highest performing and most struggling students.
Giving students access to technology in school will allow them to prepare for their bright futures. As we continue to use technology in our classrooms they will grow both academically and allow them to practice skills that they will use long after they leave my four walls.
