With such limited access to STEM/STEAM activities and opportunities, these materials will open up a new path to explore the world of Science, Technology, Engineering, Art and Math. Students will be able to make real and lasting connections to the book knowledge they receive in the classroom. They will also learn new skills to give them an edge in the ever changing world of technology.
The Lego storystarter pack will give them pathways to a deeper more meaningful understanding of language arts. The magnets and connectagons will help them build necessary engineering skills. The little bits will provide students with access to science based activities. Finally, the Osmo will provide a creative way for students to explore technology.
