My 3rd grade class consists of 11 girls and 12 boys. Our school building has 3rd to 5th graders. Third grade presents many exciting and new challenges for the students. They come to a new building, it is their first year to complete many assignments on computers, it is the first year that they are required to take state mandated standardized testing, just to name a few. Our rigorous curriculum requires a lot of effort from these girls and boys. With all that hard work, must come some fun! We love science projects in our class! Now that spring is near and new life will soon be in full bloom, we would love to see new life at it's finest right in our very own classroom.
