The materials i have requested will be used every day in my classroom. Water color paints for landscapes and self portraits. Oil pastels to explore value and color theory. Fiber art materials to create felt animals. All the materials will be used all year for MANY, MANY projects. There is not an exact project in mind for the materials besides the felt and wool roving in which each 5th grade student with create a felt bas-relief creature. This project will also be a intro to basic sewing skills. I know if we received these art supplies we could so much more in the art room. Thank you for taking the time to read over our classroom materials request.
