When it comes to fitness, we like to introduce our students to a wide variety of ways to stay in shape. Along with fitness games and unit lessons, we are trying to build a cardio room for our students to use as another outlet to stay fit.
Providing these cardio bikes will allow our students the process of incorporating a fitness routine into their daily schedule, which can lead to a healthy lifestyle.
Getting these cardio bikes would also provide our adapted students and students with special needs a safe environment to be active and healthy in a classroom setting.
