My students include 17 second graders at a suburban low to middle economic status school. 5 students were considered at risk for below grade level skills and are now on grade level and above thanks to our high expectations and making learning fun and life connected. I have 6 students that struggle with attention and hyper activity behaviors. Flexible seating will increase participation in ALL students especially targeting those that struggle with being on task.
