My fourth grade students are intelligent, daring, caring, and deserving of all the world has to offer. Our school's atmosphere encourages students to be leaders within our school and around our community. Even though some of our students encounter difficult situations outside of school, the students continue to amaze me everyday by tackling academic and personal tribulations and persist through them with honorable leadership. I believe is my job to not only teach students academic skills, but life skills as well. Everyday I am preparing students for college or career readiness with the skills they need to be successful, including the ability to overcome challenging situations.
