The materials requested will help students learn about providing water to our crops. It will allow them to design an irrigation system using reclaimed water and solar power. Students will learn about the importance of sustainability and the use of renewable resources.
Students will use their STEM skills to design a system to use an irrigation system using our renewable natural resources (reclaimed water and solar power) to sustain the garden. Students will learn about sustainability, irrigation, gardening, nutrition, renewable energy and design to name a few. Students will work to solve this problem, design a solution and build the system. They will get hands on experience with the Engineering Design Process
