In our school, we are still practicing social distancing and we clean our shared spaces as often as we can. Despite our efforts, we have seen a rise in cases in our school and classroom.
We work hard to keep our classroom clean and germ free by sanitizing our hands and wiping down our desks.
In order to do this we use a lot of wipes. Most of the cleaning supplies in a classroom are purchased by the classroom teacher with our own money. Many students only bring one mask to school, and since they are disposable, they break, tear, or get ruined at lunch and recess, as a result, masks have been added to the list of supplies teachers provide. Having cleaning materials and masks will help keep our classroom clean and provide a safe learning environment.
