I have the most amazing students ever. I teach in the Science Lab, so I get to reach the whole school K-5. These students are some amazing learners, that really enjoy coming to school everyday. They come from several ethnic groups to make up the population of the school. I have low income White, Black, Asian, Indian, and Hispanic students that all come together to create a learning environment that I really enjoy serving.
The school is a Title 1 funded school that receives federal funds to make sure every student can receive a gifted quality education. The school retains some of the best teachers in our school district to make sure the students are always being thought of first.
