My students are 5 ando 6 years old and are very eager to learn. My students love Daily 5 with read to self and work on writing as their favorites. We set a goal of 20 minutes of stamina, and they were so excited when we met this goal earlier in the year. I have always told my students that books can take us on many different kinds of adventures, and they are just now beginning to see this for themselves. They are getting lost in their reading now because when the timer goes off, I hear lots of moans because they do not want the time to be up. My students are very hard workers and try their very best in everything I ask of them. The students are very lovable and sweet. My school has 500+ students which makes us the largest in the county. My school is a Title 1 school with the majority of the students are free or reduced lunch. With my school being a Title 1 school, the majority of the students live in poverty and
