After talking about fitness and health, my students and I discussed how to track our fitness goals. This project is important due to the fact that we are in a low income area and healthy choices are not something many students know about. The items in my cart are Kindle Fires and pedometers. We want to track our steps and have the ability to input the data of our steps and food logs electronically. The students will be competing with another fifth grade class at our school. The use of technology with a healthy lifestyle is how we will improve their lives.
