My class is made up of fantastic first graders who love learning and working together as readers, writers, and mathematicians. We are a Title One school in a low income school district. Most students receive free breakfast and lunch. Our community is very culturally diverse and students come to school with a wide variety of experiences and abilities. Our school mascot is the Tiger. We "Roar with Pride" for all the new things we learn each day and how we are able to show that we are experts at many, many things.
