These items will allow my students to choose where they want to work throughout our classroom in a space that best meets their academic needs. Rather than traditional desks, my students will be able to choose to work on the floor with clipboards, in beanbag chairs, or using stability balls and stools at tables.
Giving my students these options will allow them to have a "buy in" and give them the feeling of choice in their own education. They essentially will be able to work in a place where they personally feel most comfortable and where they can do their very best.
