My students can be described as at-risk, English Language Learners, and poverty-ridden as over 90% of them receive free lunch, but that is not who they are to me. When I look at them, I see life, courage and curiosity. They love snuggling up in the reading corner, playing math games and celebrating their own learning. We are the technology leaders in our building and the first to earn 1:1 Chromebooks. We face the challenges of the future with the "We Can" and "This is How We Will" attitude.
