My students are natural wonderers of the world around them. They ponder questions such as: How do cars move? What makes a plane fly in the sky? How do bridges stay up? All these inquiries come from the minds of future engineers. To continue to grow their curiosity and foster future innovators, these vivid and informational science books on engineering allows for my students to learn and engage in the principles of engineering.
Topics such as machinery, biomimicry, and technology provide my students the opportunity to continue to grow their understanding of the world around them through text and imagery.
These engineer books will be used alongside our engineering investigations to provide meaningful hypotheses, challenge our thinking, and provide proof of our finding through our investigations.
