The school I work in is a Title I school. About 80 percent of the students qualify for free and reduced lunch. Luckily, our school qualified for free breakfast and lunch for all. We service nearly 500 students. Most experience poverty and are considered intensive in reading. Many of my students belong to large families and do not have educational opportunities outside of the classroom and at home.
