I teach 100 7th grade students of various levels and interests. They are young enough to buy into the excitement of learning, but old enough to exchange remarkable ideas. They are the kindest group of kids you could ever meet. Many don't have books in their homes and wait to see what books I have so they can read. I have had students who struggle in every subject discover a series he loves. He begged me to buy specific books for my classroom library, and the look on his face was priceless when I did!

About my class
