I teach reading and writing to 6th graders. Our building was constructed in the 1940's and has a for real Fallout Shelter in the basement! Having books at home or available at school will have a huge impact on the lives of my students, the more I can have in class the better. I want to create reading nooks that will capture what natural light we get in class and eventually a full-on Greek Theater for students to present from.

About my class
