My students are so sweet and amazingly hardworking for being so young. My school has a high poverty rate. All of our students qualify for free/reduced lunch. We have a 50% Hispanic, 30% African American and 20% Caucasian population. At our school we make sure to do everything we can to help the students have the right tools to be successful. The students overcome a lot by just coming to school every day. My students always come to school with a desire to learn each day.
