I am so lucky to teach in a great school district with a great staff and group of students. The community is small with farming and professionals making up the majority of families. The families I work closely with are supportive and involved with their children and their education. Almost everything is in place for this group of kids to succeed. Unfortunately, money is not readily available to provide those extras that can make a huge difference especially in the special education setting.
