I have been a teacher for several years working with struggling readers, ESL students, and students living in difficult circumstances beyond their control. Despite all of this they love to come to school and learn! They embrace any new experience with excitement and and open mind. I love what a do and enjoy seeing their smiling faces every day. I have been teaching third grade for the past few years in a rural farming community surrounded by miles and miles of fields filled with fruit, vegetables, and grapes. Some of this is planted, tended to, harvested and packaged by many of the parents of my students and shipped around the world. The school that I work for does not have much extra funding to spend on things besides the basic necessities need for school. Any extra help and support that you can provide from this project, and future projects, is greatly appreciated by me and my students. My students and I thank you!
