My hope is to provide students with many options of flexible seating to enhance their learning environment. The students spend the majority of their day doing hands on activities. They move around our room to several different math and reading stations throughout the day.
At these stations I would like for them to have several different options of seating to allow them to work comfortably and stay focused. I have seen positive results from the limited number of flexible seating that I currently have and feel that it would benefit their overall learning experience to have additional choices.
These stools will be a great addition to their learning environment. It will allow them to move in a quiet and controlled manner without disrupting the classroom and their peers.
